They have proudly donated over $25,000 in academic scholarships and free glasses since 1990.

Dr. Mitsui received his optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley.  He has served as an adjunct faculty member at the College of Optometry of several university campuses including the State University of New York and Pacific University.  Since 1990, Dr. Mitsui has been a member of the American Optometry Association (AOA), Hawai'i Optometry Association (HOA), and also served as a past President of the HOA.
